Small Business Consortium

The purpose of the MicroTech Small Business Consortium is to establish a diverse group of qualified member small businesses that represent our individual and collective capacity to support multiple Federal Government mission needs.  For the previous nine years as a small business, MicroTech benefited greatly from mentorship of large businesses that had a focus on promoting and assisting in the development of small business.  Now as an emerging large business, MicroTech understands our obligation to provide that same mentoring, and as such has established and leads this consortium.

Task Order Staffing Portal

For Task Order responses on our IDIQ vehicles, MicroTech often has specific staffing requirements.  MicroTech looks to our partners to work with us to assess these specific staffing needs, identify potential candidates to meet those needs, and deliver the right talent in a timely manner with specific attention to compliance and cost.   MicroTech knows that obtaining the right candidate is the difference between winning and losing ... the difference between success and failure.  We look to our partners to join us in winning these Task Order opportunities and successfully delivering the solution to our customer.
