Alliant 2 Unrestricted Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (A2 GWAC)

The Alliant 2 contract vehicle is GSA’s premier enterprise Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions worldwide. Task orders released under Alliant II as RFQs or RFPs are competed among 61 contract awardees. The Alliant 2 Contract can be used by any government agency looking for access to IT solutions.

Connections II (CNX II)

GSA » GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION

Federal agencies needing network and telecommunications labor, equipment, and support for buildings and campuses use GSA’s inter-agency shared Connections II contract to acquire network infrastructure solutions, including:

  • Infrastructure design, installation, and implementation;
  • Professional services to support existing networks;
  • Upgrading network equipment, standards (including IPv6), and systems;
  • Transition planning and integration services; and
  • Customized client-specific systems.

Contract Field Maintenance

Under the scope of this opportunity the contractor shall provide supplemental on-site Organization, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance support for modification, maintenance, inspections, and repair of various aircraft (fixed and rotary wing), missiles, ground support equipment and vehicles on-site at operational government locations worldwide. This effort also includes the modification, maintenance, inspection, and repair of associated support equipment for any Federal Agency or authorized Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer locations both in the Continental United States (CONUS), and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

DHS EAGLE II

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. It has three functional categories including: Service Delivery, Information Technology Program Support Services, and Independent Test, Validation, Verification, and Evaluation (IV&V).

DISA Processor Capacity Services (PCS)

The objective of the PCS contract is to provide reliable, responsive, and cost effective processor infrastructure services of “on-demand” processing capabilities for the IBM System z chipset architecture in DISA and DISA-approved locations, which are in the continental United States (CONUS). DISA's goal is for the contractor to provide a dynamically scalable processing capability utilizing an on-demand service approach, for new equipment, that will readily adjust to changes in processing and throughput requirements, both increases and decreases, and is priced on a utility (“as used”) basis or tiered structure.

Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) provides full range of business and technical management services to assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives. IT services include enterprise architecture, security, training, enterprise resource management, business process reengineering, IT transformation and strategy, and enterprise and program management
office support.

Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule (03FAC)

The GSA Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule 03FAC Contract provides Federal agencies, both civilian and Defense with a broad range of facilities support services.

IAC MAC

Management Analytical Engineering IT Programming Public Affairs & Admin Services (OPNAV-45)

Provide contract support  in areas of technical, compliance, IT programming and governance, financial, and policy analysis services in support of the OPNAV, Energy and Environmental Readiness Division (N45). This includes professional services in the areas of project management, policy analysis, energy and environmental analysis, engineering, IT, programming, public affairs, and administrative assistance.

The NETCENTS-2 multiple award ID/IQ contract provides a wide range of IT Network-centric and Telephony products, services and solutions covering the full spectrum of netcentric operations and missions, including existing legacy infrastructure, networks, systems and operations as well as emerging requirements based on the Air Force Chief Information Officer’s (CIO’s) Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) construct. The aggregate ceiling value over a 7 year period of performance which began on May 15, 2015 is $7.91B.

PASS (PROGRAM AND SYSTEMS SUPPORT) FULL AND OPEN

NAVY » NAVY

PASS provides acquisition, implementation, and sustainment product/services for DoD Commands, Agencies, Field Activities, all other DoD entities (including medical) and their partners. The CBO provides support for Project, Program and Portfolio (PPP) Management; Business, Cost Estimating and Financial Management; Business Analytics; Test and Evaluation; Information Technology; Facilitation, Education and Training; and Technical Editing, Writing and Illustration. These products and services include total life cycle management activities that enable improvement of products, processes, services, outcomes and metrics of operations which ultimately provide for optimization of war fighter needs.

Professional Services Schedule (00Corp)

The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) encompasses the vast majority of services currently offered under GSA's Schedules program. In fact, the PSS Schedule, also know as 00CORP, is basically a roll up of some of the individual Schedules maintained by various Acquisition Centers.

PSS Schedule combines the services provided separately under its previous PES, MOBIS, Logworld and FABS schedules.

The PSS Schedule is particularly appealing to federal agencies when procuring requirements that fall under various functional domains. For example, a federal agency can use the Consolidated Schedule to issue a task order to a single company to perform a requirement that includes services falling within the scope of multiple Schedules.

It is also appealing to industry, as it enables them to offer their entire business line under a single Schedule contract versus marketing and administering multiple individual Schedules.

RS3 - Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services

Multiple contractors are fulfilling the Department of the Army, Army Materiel Command (AMC), Communications-Electronics Command's (CECOM), requirement for Strategic Services Sourcing 2nd Generation (S32G) services to support Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) customers and a continuing requirement for rapid response (R2) services to support critical systems requirements for the Command and Control (C2) Systems Integration Directorate (C2SID). This effort is now entitled Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3).

SeaPort-e

SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, Strategic System Command and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 3000+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.  

SWMS Group A

The SOCOM Wide Mission Support (SWMS) Group A contract vehicle provides any and all USSOCOM Headquarters, organizations, Components, JSOC, and TSOCs to obtain services support in for global Special Operations Forces (SOF). SWMS will provide USSOCOM with a variety of services in the following Knowledge Based Services portfolios: Program Management, Engineering & Technical and Professional Services.  The SWMS Group A maximum amount is $900M total over all prime contracts over an ordering period from 2 June 2016 through 28 July 2020.

TACOM Strategic Service Solutions - Equipment Related Services (TS3 - ERS)

The ERS MA IDIQ contract suite will allow for the procurement of services which primarily relate to tasks to keep machines or systems functioning or for maintenance, repair and overhaul, equipment modification, installation of equipment, and technical representative services.

The purpose of the TS3 effort is for the contractors to perform the services specified by individual TO issued hereunder, to satisfy the requirements of various Government customers that may include one or more of the following: the Program Executive Offices for Combat Support & Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) and Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) and their assigned Project, Product and Program Managers; System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SoSE&I) Directorate; US Army Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC); Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC); Program Manager Light Armored Vehicles (PM LAV); and the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) to include its depots and arsenals.

TACOM Strategic Service Solutions - Knowledge Based Services (TS3 - KBS)

The KBS MA IDIQ contract suite will allow for the procurement of services which primarily relate to tasks involving program or project management and administration, and the furnishing of professional advice or assistance, engineering and technical services, logistics management services, management support services, and professional services.  This SOW is not intended to cover enterprise level information technology (IT) services identified under the KBS Portfolio Group. Programmatic, technical, or functional support of IT services may be procured under this contract suite, subject to the requirement specified in the individual TO.

The following Government customers may utilize this procurement instrument for the procurement of KBS: the Program Executive Offices for Combat Support & Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) and Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) and their assigned Project, Product and Program Managers; System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SoSE&I) Directorate; US Army Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC); Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC); Program Manager Light Armored Vehicles (PM LAV); and TACOM, to include its depots and arsenals.
