CGI is a prime on Chief Information Officer's Solutions Prime Contract with the National Institute of Health's Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract enables our customers to purchase integrated hardware, software, and services solutions within nine separate task areas.

CIO-SP3, a new Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) from NITAAC that can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements.

With a $20 billion ceiling, flexible contract types and the ability to award in modular increments and incorporate performance-based features, CIO-SP3 allows for streamlined planning, acquisition and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements.

CIO-SP3 Contract Holders have developed innovative and secure solutions for agencies across the federal government and initiatives as diverse as Cloud Computing, Cyber Defense and Health IT. With ten task areas that meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements, CIO-SP3 has the depth and breadth of scope that complex solutions require.

2. GSA Alliant

CGI is a prime contractor on the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Through GSA OASIS, CGI provides flexible and innovative solutions across an extensive range of complex professional services. GSA OASIS can be used by all federal civilian and Department of Defense agencies to fulfill their mission critical needs.

The core disciplines of the GSA OASIS contract include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services,and financial services.

The GSA Professional Services Category consolidated eight professional-services Schedules into single Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract. Effective since October 1, 2015, the new PSS contract affords access to companies that provide the following professional services. For CGI, it includes:

• Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (Formerly MOBIS, GSA MAS 874) includes a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and its endeavors to meet mission goals.
• Professional Engineering Services (Formerly PES, GSA MAS 871) provides a streamlined approach for federal agencies and the U.S. military to access qualified firms in many engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, (components of) civil engineering, software, and more/
• Financial and Business Solutions (Formerly FABS, GSA MAS 520) helps federal agencies obtain quality financial services - and better results with fewer resources. These solutions allow for choice, flexibility, ease-of-use, and access to quality firms in the financial arena, ranging from small businesses to industry leaders.

Under the GSA IT Schedule, CGI Federal is able to supply a full range of state-of-the-art IT solutions, professional and Electronic commerce (EC) services, and software licenses and maintenance to government agencies.

Through the following four Special Item Numbers (SINs), CGI Federal provides a full range of IT services and solutions for government agencies’ total system needs:
SIN 132-32: Term Software Licenses
SIN 132-34: Maintenance of Software
SIN 132-51: Information Technology (IT) Professional Services
SIN 132-52: Electronic Commerce (EC) Services

The diversity of services/products offered provides government agencies with a means of enhancing and streamlining operations, and the IT Schedule provides quick and easy access to contract professionals who can meet those needs.

NRC MOM

NRC » NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has created a Maintenance, Operation, and Modernization Support (MOM) procurement with the objective of obtaining continuous maintenance and operational Information Technology (IT) support services for current and future NRC automated computer systems.

In August of 2011, the U.S. NRC awarded a blanket purchase agreement to CGI Federal (CGI) under Functional Area 2 of the MOM contract for maintenance and operation of U.S. NRC legacy systems. The U.S. NRC envisions competing over 25 task orders under Functional Area 2 for support of legacy systems.

OPTARSS II

OPTARSS II is a master, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract. The contract is structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of operations customers throughout the Army and Department of Defense (DoD). Specific regulations, directives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc. will be identified at the Task Order (TO) level.

Our leadership team provides OPTARSS customers with a proven management approach based on experienced program and task managers; a robust team of small and large business subcontractors with experience supporting requirements similar to OPTARSS; industry-leading management tools and processes; and talented employees with deep knowledge of the Army’s roles and missions.

OPTARSS II contractors will provide support in eight primary task areas and multiple subtask under each primary task area.

Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) - A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. RS3 has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.
