Army ITES-3H


The ITES-3H contracts provide for the purchase and lease of commercial UNIX Based Servers, Non-UNIX based servers, desktops, notebooks, workstations, thin clients, storage systems, networking equipment (including wireless), network printers, product ancillaries (including equipment cabinets, racks and mounts), peripherals (including monitors), network cabling products, video teleconferencing (VTC) products, standalone displays (e.g., plasma screens, HDTVs), scanners, Everything over Internet Protocol (EoIP) products, communication devices, power devices, and software provided as part of the end to end solution (includes Enterprise Software Agreements (ESA), Non-ESA, SmartBUY, and Non-SmartBUY), warranty variations, and other related incidental services, accessories, and options.


GSA OASIS Small Business


MicroTech is one of multiple contract holders fulfilling the General Services Administration's (GSA) requirement for a complex, integrated Professional Services with an equal or ancillary Information Technology (IT) component.  GSA OASIS, established by GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), is a next generation contract vehicle for complex, integrated Professional Services with an equal or ancillary Information Technology (IT) component. It addresses both commercial and non-commercial services, and includes program management and consulting services, logistics services, professional engineering services and financial services in the primary menu of professional services. 


GSA Schedule 70


MicroTech’s GSA IT Schedule 70 provides all federal agencies with direct access to commercial IT hardware, software and IT professional services from both MicroTech and over 5,000 established vendors.  IT Schedule 70 delivers federal, state, and local customer agencies the tools and expertise needed to shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance, and obtain the best value for innovative technology products, services,and solutions.




Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP, pronounced 'soup'), is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on commercial IT products and product based services. MicroTech offers a wide range of commercial advanced technology including tablets, desktops and servers; IT peripherals; network equipment; storage systems; security tools; software products; cloud based services; telecommunications; Health IT; sensors; video conferencing systems and other IT, Communication and Audio-Visual products. Product based Services such as installation, training, maintenance and warranty and a full range of product based services are also available through SEWP.

The GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) provides the latest in Information Technology (IT) products for all Federal Agencies. The statutory authority allowing usage of the SEWP contracts by the entire Federal Government is NASA's designation as an Executive Agent by OMB based on the Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA) of 1996, now the Clinger Cohen Act.

NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center administers the contract and provides a program office, the SEWP Business Operations and Workstation Laboratory (BOWL), to process orders issued by user agencies and to provide pre- and post-order customer service. Through the use of SEWP V, users have a flexible means of meeting IT needs quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.

The SEWP V contracts are commercial contracts, and the acquisition was conducted using formal Source Evaluation Board (SEB) procedures. 


Navy Seaport Enhanced


SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst more than 1800 SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. And since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.


NETCENTS-II AF NetOps & Infrastructure Small Business


MicroTech is one of several vendors fulfilling the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HI) requirement for NETCENTS II NETOPS Infrastructure-Small Business Set Aside program.




The purpose of MicroTech's CIO-CS GWAC is to provide a mechanism for the Federal Government to procure IT commodities and solutions as they relate to general IT initiatives along with health and life sciences IT capabilities. These IT commodities and associated commodity enabling services may include IT procurements aligned to information management, operational, administrative, and health and biomedical research requirements.  Federal agencies can use this GWAC for acquiring a wide range of IT commodities and associated commodity enabling services. The GWAC is an IDIQ contract against which federal agencies can issue delivery orders for their specific requirements. The focus of this contract is to provide government agencies with a mechanism for quick ordering of needed IT commodities and associated commodity enabling services at equitable and reasonable prices.



Small Business Consortium

The purpose of the MicroTech Small Business Consortium is to establish a diverse group of qualified member small businesses that represent our individual and collective capacity to support multiple Federal Government mission needs.  Throughout its history, MicroTech has mentored and teamed with small businesses, maintaining its focus and core belief in promoting and assisting in the development and growth of other small businesses. Our Small Business Consortium is an outreach of our culture and desire to work with and support other small businesses.  




The contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling amount of $750M. This award allows MicroTech to procure and deliver relevant Command and Control (C2) Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment, software and hardware licenses/maintenance primarily for the Department of the Navy; although nominal support of other Department of Defense and civilian federal agencies will be accomplished as the mission allows. Procured C2 equipment includes video & imagery systems, global positioning system equipment, intelligence support systems, intercom systems, tactical displays, tactical processors, and tactical workstations.
